Loy Hoi Eow, Malaysia "I would like to say that IMI has been a fantastic place, not only to study in but also from a cultural point of view. I have made lots of friends from various national and cultural backgrounds. It was a pleasure to work with my colleagues as much as learning from them. The experience I have had at IMI has been holistic and has certainly given me more than I ever expected." |
Giannis Gerolimatos, Greece "I was employed as a Sous Chef in Greece before deciding to come to Switzerland to further my studies. My experience at IMI was unique due to the friendly environment and the personal attention given to by staff. IMI has a kitchen facility that offers a beautiful view of Lake Lucerne. The state-of the-art facility and this view as a backdrop will be imprinted in my mind for many years to come." |
Da Bon (Sun Young Shin), South Korea | “I have benefited greatly from my stay at IMI. My culinary knowledge was reasonably good but I must say that the experience I gained and the practical training was very rewarding. Life at IMI gives you the possibility to meet and make friends with students from other nationalities. Although my age group was higher than that of the average student, I managed to put aside the status I enjoyed back home as a teacher and was glad to become a student once again. I enjoyed every minute of it. The experience has taught me to be more understanding towards my students in the future. I will treasure my stay and experience at IMI and will look at the future with a new frame of mind”.
